Nope. I asked him if I should go get another form since I lost mine, or if he would rather send an email, and he said the latter. Despite confirming face to face that he would send the email, he did not. It was that reason why I didn't walk.

Nope...it was given to me by my running start counselor for him to sign. I did not get to him to ask him to sign the form by the time I lost it.

Yeah I know, Professors get paid regardless of my grade. However, my mom isn't going to just get over it. We have a strong family, and I'm her last actual child so it matters a whole lot to her.

And no, the form doesn't have anything to do with it. If you would have read the whole thing carefully, you would understand. I asked him whether it would be easier FOR HIM (not for me) if I were to go get another form, or for him to just email it, and he said it would be easiest for him to just email it. The issue was that he didn't send the email that he conferred to send after 3 days. If someone who you trust says that he will send a simple email for you, you would trust that they could follow through with a task as easy as that. On a professional level, he shouldn't have screwed me over the way he did.
