Its a form of payment that places a hold on the payment for a period of time. It's nothing to worry about the money is there just not able to touch till said date. Did u PM a mod to verify is IP? Do you have all his personal info? Phone number, name, address, etc? Yes, all that should be listed on his PP payment but its always good to be sure to have everything in hand. Just keep every single PM, IM, E-mail, and you should be good to go.

I canceled the payment and he sent an instant paypal payment so I was able to access the money, The amp was shipped out to him today so should be there within a week cuz of the weekend probably.
