Audiopulse Axis vs. Treo ssx?

Hey all...I am about to buy some more subs(15's), and I think I may have narrowed my search down a bit...I'm wondering if anyone who has experience with both of these subs can lend me their opinion. I want sql if there is such a thing, but more importantly, I want a low-end beast! I'm not a numbers-chaser by any means, but I wanna violently shake the ***** outta my truck!

I've had treo ssx's before (15's and 18's) and I loved 'em! They were loud, clean and looooow...I've also had a pair of eclipse sw9152's and although they were clean and low, they didn't seem to have the same output as the treo's. Are those particular eclipse's the same as the axis? If so...I may stick with the treo's.

Either sub will be dual 2's and ran at half-ohm on my sundown 3500d until I get the monies for another 4500d. RMS is the same on both subs iirc, and they have other similar specs, but I'm not sure what they all mean, lol! Which one has a lower fs? Does that necessarily mean it'll play lower?

I'd like to tune my enclosure

Havn't heard an Ssx, probably does get louder. However I would say the axis destroys it at sub40hz. Not to mention it needs about half the box size. I'm biased tho I always say tc no matter what lol. Barely kidding.

The Axis is not the same as the Eclipse TI. The current model Axis can take much more power and has much greater output potential. I'd go with the Axis. If you don't like it, there will be many people willing to take it off your hands.
