Personal experience...The AP15s are stout *** subs. A friend of mine has been beating on a pair for about 6 months and hasnt had any problems other than the triple joint failing (where the cone connects to the coil) and he got a prompt replacement. They could probably easily take 1kw+ in the right box. Im not gonna speak about if theyre better than the SEs or not but i know theyre decent subs for the money. I dont have any exp with the SE's

i had two re se 15s in my suburban and it murdered. dont get the se x series though get the older ones

yeah they are just the RE SE's...he is probably going to go with them but he wanted some input...do you have any vids of the RE's in your suburban?

i sell both, output the audiopipe's hands down. for sql the se's. they are totally different subs. the ap's will handle 1500rms daily EASY!

well he decieded on the RE's...box will be 8.5 cubes @ 35 Hz....build log will be coming next week
