Audiopipe 15" 1000RMS need help on box

I am helping a freind make a box for his audiopipe 15" TXX AP. The web site is very limited on the information they give.

Fs(Hz)---25

Re(Ohm)---2x 1.8

Le(mH)---5.3

QMS---7.53

QES---.48

QTS---.42

Vas(cu. ft)---3.57

1000 RMS

13 mm xmax

It also sais that the max vented box is 4 cubic feet w/ port round 3x10(not sure what that means)

I want to make a slotted port box style to fit in an extended cab ranger.

Could somone please help me out. I can do everything myself but I do not even know where to begin on designing this box.

I was hoping to get it tuned to around 38 maybe a little lower what do yall think would be good?

I used a box calculator and it said to make it 4.4 but to tune it to 22? Isnt that way too low?

Ok that means you need a net volume of 4cF, a port area of 28.274sq. in., and a port length of 10" which will give you a tuning of approximately 36Hz. Now you can alter those numbers for the guy's taste in music, possibly a higher tuning for more SPL (louder with no heed to sound quality) or lower the tuning for a better SQ, but by doing so will not guarantee immediate results due to the fact that all drivers differ in their ability to handle different enclosure parameters.

So would using the mor lester design for 4 cubes at 35 sound close to the man. specs. I understand tunning freq. volume all that I just dont understand how to design and calculate how big to make each section of the box.
