was it thru paypal ? did you pay for it on your credit card or debit card? Have you tried contacting him on here? posting a scammer thread is a good start if you cant get his attention any other way.

yea i've been sending him PM's, he hasn't been on since the 15th.... i filed a dispute over a week ago with paypal... i raised it to a claim shortly after this thread was made.

i would say i'm not jumping to conclusions i have tried everything... i'm hoping for some advice
