Audigy 4

Looking to buy a new sound card. The Audigy 4 looks good, I can get it for 177. Is it worth the extra cash in your opinions or should i downgrade? I game but not as much as i use to. I listen to alot of music. Ive got the logitech Z5300e so i want a good card to go with it. Opinions?

I was looking at that card, and from alot of reading I went with the audigy 2 zs because it is better for gaming from what I have read and you can download all the drivers or something for the 4 onto the 2 and save the money that way. I dont know if this is all right I am not good with comps but from alot of reading before I bought my sound card that is what I came across because I was looking at the same card.
