Yea how has the neighbor never noticed that car before....

he hired his 'brothuhs' to come steal the wheels, then called the cops saying it was being stripped.

they shouldn't of left a vehicle that is a potential hazard in a public place....

What else could they have done? How do you move a car that doesn't have any wheels, I mean the owner was just waiting for new onese to come in, its not like they left it there on purpose.

I would seriously be pissed at my neighbor if they did that to me, and the best excuse they can come up with is that they thought the car was being stripped for parts.....which is one of the most lame excuses

I think a professional could figure out a way to move a car without wheels. It may have taken a bit longer, but I doubt the people would have pulled a gun or anything.

It sucks. But I bet if the family had just called AAA or some mess they could have gotten a pro out there to move it for free, or at least much smaller ticket and mess they have now.

Put wheels on a car. Like Tapout said (And Tapout's a tow-truck driver, BTW), the guy didn't have the proper equipment... and if it was me, regardless if I had to take the money out of my earnings, I would've taken the time to not mess up this person's car. Obviously it was vandalized... him towing it with out wheels or any sort of dolly just shows the lack of ethics and respect for other people's property that driver had. Especially when TV crews are watching what you're doing.

I'm glad. Its the owners fault it has 20k in damage. You don't leave a car on blocks in public space. You don't need to wait for original parts to come in. You get any 4 wheels you can on that thing and get it towed to a lot where it can sit until fixed. Their negligence caused that damage not the towing company or DPW. They can **** a **** for all I care.
