no im not. im being discharged for medical. i broke my back and am going for spinal surgery on the 27th

most nco's are just that and nothing more. a pay grade. pieces of sh*t are only that for the paycheck. not real leaders. there are exceptions to that. i have some very good nco's with a wealth of knowledge thay try to share and pass on
