Nah... Only 32 people from the US have died from it ever, according to the CDC. And the majority of those cases were instances of people swimming in contaminated lakes in the south, in summertime.

Why'd I get a groan for this topic? These things seriously work wonders. They come with packets of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate that you have to dissolve in the water you're using. This is honestly the only way I can breathe at night.

My old man uses a sinus wash and hasn't looked back. He used to take 3 different allergy pills a day.

I use them when I have colds/sinus infections and will continue to use them. From now on though we will be using distilled water and not tap water. You can also boil the water before using it.
