ship me $10 and ill see what i can do. yeah, i work for ATT.Anyone work for them? I need some help and I cant understand the outsourced assholes.
with the numbers you gave, that was the approx number.I believe it was more than that, he works their & gets shares every year with his bonus.
I know, but he sold other shares with it. As a superintindent he gets so many shares at the end of each year, depending on plant productivity, & when it peaked a few years back he sold every bit of his stock. I know it cut his retirement age from 58 to 55.with the numbers you gave, that was the approx number.
so they want to backcharge you for stuff they 'comped'? i'd call their bluff //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gifI want Verizon. What Im concerned with is what the lady for ATT said about being able to go back and charge me for the charges they fixed and took off the bill. Im wonderingt if what she said holds any water or if she was just blowing smoke to get me to stay.
Sounds illegal.I want Verizon. What Im concerned with is what the lady for ATT said about being able to go back and charge me for the charges they fixed and took off the bill. Im wonderingt if what she said holds any water or if she was just blowing smoke to get me to stay.
Thats what I was thinking to, but with a signed contract it may be in there.Sounds illegal.
tl;dr all of it.Ill give you guys a basic run down of what I need to know about.
ATT for the last 3 months has changed my bill. Its supposed to be $69.99 + tax per month. Last month it was $108. This month its $284. I want to switch to Verizon, but before I did I called ATT to cancel my contract and pay the early termination fee. I was ready to pay the fee which is only $105. Well the lady I talked to told me she will wipe away all those charges and my bill for this month will be reduced to $117 and if I still cancel those charges could be added back to my final bill. Is this lady blowing smoke or just trying to keep me from cancelling anyways? I personally dont see how they could recharge me for those if I pay this months bill in its entirity. If the lady was infact right I will be charged $284 +$105 for cancelling + money for the new contract through a new provider which I am trying to avoid.
Anyone have any insight?
Somehow I don't think that's going to happen.....but then again you never know....Can't wait for teh Verizon network to tank and the AT&T network to be freed up by all the idiots jumping ship.
