Fan is on speed 1, has speed 2 and 3 which is better cooling, but noisy
Without fan it idle around 48-55c and load around 68-82c (depending what game it is) THIS IS NORMAL!
This is video card temperature.
Having a fan on helps a lot, but it is NOT required.
