Well, I'm just going to copy what I sent to AA's tech email:
I purchased two Ascendant Audio Havoc 12's (dual 1 ohm coils) last summer, and was unable to install
them until a month or two ago. I had them in a 2 cubic foot sealed box, being powered by
an AudioQue 2200D with no audible distortion. The amp was connected to a BatCap
2000, and was receiving around 14v while driving, and around 13v at idle.
Here is my problem. I was listening to a low-hitting song, one that I had listened to
many times with this setup, and it sounded great. After a couple minutes, one sub stopped
playing.
I removed the problem woofer, thinking it was a connection issue inside the box since the
other sub was still playing and the problem woofer was not hot and the suspension was
not stiff.
There was no connection issue, so I tested the problem woofer on a different amp, and
it would not play.
I have checked the woofer slightly, and from what I can tell, all the tinsel leads are in pristine
condition, the spider and coil looks fine, and nothing is burned or disconnected. I have no
idea what the issue is.

Ok, well they haven't answered, anyone know where I can get ahold of them?
Thanks a lot,
Trevor
