acually, there is a method to , not winning, but making the odds better.

Lets say there is a 1 million scratch card. And there are 10 of those printed. On the lottery website it tells you how many have been claimed, so if 10 are still out there, then its better odds of winning, but if all 10 have been claimed, the game may still go on with $5-10 win cards, but no big $$ prizes left. so its like playing for nothing. The secret is to research what games still have a large % of top prizes and just play those games.
