Are you happy with your current finantial situation? Your living situation?

I enjoy my job, I make good money, but I still do not have the kind of finances that I would like. I know everyone says that they will always want more money. I just want to make enough to buy a nice house, car, and live decently in the near future. I guess I really need to go back and finish up where I left off in school. Only problm is that I would still have to work 40 hours a week and try to go to school on top of that.

What about you guys?

i feel u man. exactly how i feel.. need to get bacc in school.. but school would b hard to focus on when i have my full-time job.. and i cant really afford to just go with school and not work. life is a beeyotch. its funny how much we neglect getting an education until were twenty something years old sitting on nothing.. its not til then u realize "wtf am i gonna be doing ten years from now.. hopefully not what im doing now" ok im done venting.

I moved out two years ago. I was going to school and working 35-40 hours a week. Rooming with 2 others. They skipped out on me and left me with 6 months rent on a 3 bedroom apartment. I couldnt continue to go to school and work. Arkansas really doesnt have a good job market. I moved to Dallas and found that the same $800 a month for the three bedroom apartment($300 my share) got me a one bedroom apartment. I just couldnt do $500-$800 for a one bedroom when I was only paying for $300 in Ark.

Rent is cheap...$300, but I just dont have the freedom that I once had.

i like (not love) my job...i make good money $24 and change per hour...live an a small 2 bedroom apartment but just bought 10 acres of farmland for $29,000. thats where i'm going to build my house once i pay off the land in 3 years.
