It takes a lot of caffeine for me to notice a difference. The only time I drink something with enough caffeine for me to feel it is when I have had less than 6 hours of sleep. Other than that I have some soda with meals. Not because of the caffeine, but just because I like the taste. Its usally a can tops.

Yes, not as bad as one of my friends, who would probably curl up and die without it lol. But regardless, I need it to make it through my day.I need it to make it through my day because I hardly sleep at night because I drink so much.Very viscious cycle lol.
