Are the X-Overs in Marine Grade Comp Sets waterproof also?

Seeing as how the speakers are, but no mention of if the X-Overs are. Looked on the website for it but didn't find anything speakers are Polk db 6.5 comps.

At best they will be water resistant. There may be a coating over the components to keep water out. You'd want to install them so condensation can drain and don't put anything on them that would seal water in.
