Because I have 2 12" type r's that are only able to be wired to 2 ohms. So I am looking for an amp that does 1000 rms or give or take a few at 2 ohms.

no... I have the dual 2 models.

the ED does 900rms @ 2 ohm @ 12v, so your looking at at least 1100rms @ 2 ohms.
