look the same but completely different. it's just a sales gimic. they had woofers that looked exactly like the kicker comp vr's a while back. usually they spec it pretty close.

Lightning Audio, a Wal-Mart brand, is a subsidary of Rockford Fosgate. It's like taking a top shelf margarita and replacing 3/4 of it with water.

Hey I have had no issues out of my PA subs or amps... I have actually been asked how much I would sell my system for... many times by people who already had some pretty nice setups... I am still wanting to go with a Kicker 15L7 to replace my 2 12'Fubr series and a Hifonics bxi amp to replace my 2 PA LT980/2's... But for what they are they really don't sound too bad... but that is just my $0.02, and I am a newb so what do I know anyways???

well TMA Audio is a cheap sub brand from JL

There are many low end brands that knock off top brands designs.

I used to get this catalogue that sold alot of no name brands, they had an amp that looked just like a Sony XPlod, why in the world they wanted to knock off a Sony, I will never know.
