Are cops allowed to...

The police cannot go into your house at all. You can drink up all you want and not worry. Just close the blinds and keep it down. Get all of your 15 year old friends over and get them all wasted. They cannot get you for that. Its the kid's that are going to get in trouble not you.

They can find a reason for entering...and cops are never wrong //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif...it's impossible for them to do anything wrong, they're perfect beings.

How about you quit making so much fucking noise and they will have no reason the come to your apartment in the first place //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

nope they cant in that situation unless u are caught in the act etc ask for a warrant next time
Wrong, there are a number of things that allow for a warrentless search, this could easily fall into a number of those, including plain view.

Actually, by law you have to answer your door for a LEO, and if anything illegal is in view of the officers then they have the right to enter your apt... All they really have to say is they smell marijuana or speed or heard a scream...
They can basically do whatever they feel like and will get away with it...Who is the judge going to side with, you, a drunk serving minors alcohol or a cop??? Don't **** with the police, they can really ruin your whole day...
I'm not sure if you have to answer the door for a cop, but I do know that if your in there partying it up and he knows your in there you can either answer the door or he will kick it down and not get in trouble for it.

If it's in plain sight, i.e. door is wide open and minors are in plain view consuming alcohol, yes they can enter.
Yes, and even if they don't see minors consuming if they suspect it they can more than likely justify probably cause especially with a long list of prior offenses that they already have on this kid.

Actually, by law you have to answer your door for a LEO,

What?????? Where did you here that bullshit? You don't have to answer your door for anyone if you dont want too.
Wrong, this isnt the wild wild west where you do whatever the hell you want. We have laws and our government is moving toward a system of less on personal rights and more on the people as a whole, ie socialism. Don't like it move....

also see my post above about not answering your door.

He's 18, so he's gonna be in more trouble than the kids younger than 18 as they haven't reached the age of majority. They will get maybe a underage consumption ticket. This guy would probably get the book thrown at him because every one of those kids parents who are at his house will blame him instead of there sweet little girl who doesnt do anything wrong. Odds are 1 of the many people attending knows somebody in power and is gonna **** him over.

Again welcome to america where its not what you do, but who you know.

I'm 18 too BTW, so I can't even go out and talk to them cuz they can breathalyze me
Heres an idea, don't get hammered so the cops come around. Do you really need 300 ppl in an apartment to have a good time for your birthday? Get a couple close friends and some hunnies over, that way your place doesnt get trashed and you actually don't look like a *** in front of ca.com and your entire apartment complex

Pretty much how it is in a court of law.
