Then i would say yes, assuming all the smog equipment is still on and the supercharger is 50 states emissions legal.

Most informative sites will tell you if its 50 states legal.

i think you mean when the top of the blower is sticking out of the hood (why you asked).

certain states have different laws, some don't allow anything sticking up past the dash line. check with your DMV.
