In really good shape. Bought off a friend to install in my new daily driver, but decided to focus my efforts elsewhere. Plus this was a tad too big for where I had wanted my sub amp. Don't let that fool you, cause it is small for what it's rated at. Comes with the boost knob as well, but no wire for it (uses a standard telephone cable).
