In this one you can see a little glue residue, but you have to look hard.

backside. i put a little weatherstripping on the back for a tight seal, but it is no big deal.

Here is what a tech at ARC audio said about the ARC 15.

"Brian

The ARC 15 is based on the ARC Flat Line 12" motor (similar to the ID SPL) we use a poly cone rather then paper. The SQ is good but getting punch will require some careful box tuning. The 2.6 cu. ft box you have may actually work ok for this. I have attached a graph of your response curve and the recommended box curve. The 3.0 cu ft box goes a little deeper but that is about it.

I use 2 of the 15's in my car in 5.2 ported at 30Hz and it works fine. Goes deep but still has good attack. Most people are surprised it's 15's."

$150 shipped conus

Next is the Soundsplinter RL-P 12.

everyone knows about these. Dual 4. Looks great, performs great, one slight crease in the cone. The surround had separated from the cone in a couple of places, but i glued it back, and it performs great!

Lastly are some infinity 4002i 4" coaxes. No rainbows by any means, but they have served me well for awhile until i upgraded to adire in that car. great for a friend or family member to upgrade. $20 shipped.

I have tons of references

There is tons of info about Sounsplinters around here, but they handle around 1000 clean watts. I can't believe it is selling for this little. Let me know if you are interested. I am not really interested in any trades, but what do you have? Thanks!
