Here's the deal. I'm going to be feeding 180w rms per channel to my soon to be DLS UR36i comps. Should I set the gain to 100w rms or the full 180w rms? I'll be using the DMM method for reference then tune by ear.

Sorry guys, meant to say 4050xxk

Hey buddy!

First of all the title is misleading...... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Second you cant tell the amp what wattage to use based on the gain setting.

Third call Brad at Arc and he would be happy to help you. 209-543-8706

I'm pretty sure 100 will be perfect. What you should do is dmm it to 100, and then decide if you need more. The likelihood is that you're going to have alot of headroom and not going to need that much power considering the quality of the comps your using, and your listening tastes (based on your previous setups) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
