AQ HDC3, Mach 5 IXL, or Q's?

ive been contemplating my new setup for a couple days now. it has too go in either a focus ZX3 hatch or a malibu MAXX hatch. ive narrowed it down to 2 18" Q's on 1800 watts aprox, 2 15" HDC3's on 1800 watts, or 2 18" IXL's on 1800 watts.

the goal: LOUD lows, and decent overall SQ

comments: not wanting to upgrade stock electrical for a while, take into consideration. base your suggestion on the premise that each pair will never recieve more than 1800 watts total

the question: out of the 3 setups mentioned which would be optimal in the settings ive provided? (1800 watts, 14 cubes max to work with, small hatch vehicle)

I vote 2 18" Qs for that power. Twice.

Not enough power there bro.
Out of those, I'd simply use just one HD3 off that 1800w and you'll be happy. Don't severely underpower two like that.
he would be 100w under rms on the q's and over by 100w each on the mach 5's...

1800w on the HDC is severely under powering it IMHO.

Just went to edit, completly skipped over the Q's and didn't even see em.

Yea go for 1 HD3 or both Q's.

Oh and it'd be 100w each for the Q's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

havent decided on the amp. im wanting to keep it around 350 give or take. i want 18's because it will be going in a small hatch and i figure i have about 12 cubes after displacements (box wise) to work with, and 2 18's just seems to make the most sense to me.

i dont want an amp that eats more than 2K, because of the obvious electrical ramifications.
