Is there a benefit of doing AP over polyfill, or vise versa? I'm guessing the AP has a higher airflow resistance than polyfill.

Look at the picture in my post.

It has both an inner and outer part that appears to snap (or thread?) together.

I need a baffle. Then I put the AP in the back of the baffle.

So are there different size AP's?
