Made this just to get a feel of soldering a little better, plus a temp amp for my home audio....

Total came out to 44 ish shipped with binding posts and such. I threw it in a wine bottle box and added connections to the rear. Don't expect amazing craftsmanship...but fair...The wire used is cheap...etc...
But it works well! Roll off is in the 40hz range so its best to use it for computer speakers. Rated at 22rms @ 4 ohms with 1% THD. So maybe like 8rms at 8 ohms and 15rms at 4 with acceptable distortion. Its great for small rooms or easy listening. Pair it with some efficient (90db+) drivers and its all the power you will need. I was using it in a small room (15 x 15) with 85 db full rangers and it was loud enough...
You will need a power adapter. Rated at 12-18 VDC. I would go with 15ish and 3-4A of current draw. I was using my game cube adapter //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Yes you can use it in the car if you really wanted to...believe thats what it was intended for...
Some pics...Mounted vertically, Yes the heatsinks are different, Wire hanging out is for power (Copper + Silver - for reference)
Closed, yes picture of a wine bottle taped on //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
Back, I know RCAs are backwards. Colors are right though...
Random Holes, There was two on the box, so I drilled some more for kicks because it would annoy the shit out of me, not to mention heat vents (though it doesn't really get that hot...)
Lets go for 60 + shipping starting for the blood, sweat, and tears AKA labor. OBO of course though.
Thanks!
Edit: BTW the pictures are from a phone so it makes the enclosure look horrible, but in reality it looks pretty nice...
Edit Edit: A laptop power adapter would work great with this! They are usually cheap as hell on ebay...
