My issue is that the coils go thermal right when you get them to the right volume. I always got the sa's slamming but had to turn it down. Now with these obsidians they of course don't handle the thermal power as well as the sa's but I'm just wondering if anyone has had this happen. Is it me? Am I spoiled? Used to stupid loud bass and trying to get away with cheaper woofers. Do I have a taste for champagne on a genesee budget?</p></blockquote><p></p>
