Anybody use a CD swap site like Lala.com?

I thought how cool it would be to swap CDs on the 'net so I searched and ran across a site called lala.com where they do just that at a cost of about $1.75 per disc.

This sounds great because anyone who has a CD collection has a bunch of discs they would like to trade for discs they actually want.

I was just wondering has anyone used a site like that and what did you think?

One of my concerns is that all of my discs are in near pristine condition and I am worried that I will end up trading them for badly scratched discs that, while playable, will still end up popping or having other problems.

so you actually send them a cd in the mail? just be a man and illegally download them from torrent sites.
Don't get me wrong, I have been known to d/l music. However, I prefer CDs for the SQ and for the pretty pictures on the album art. Most often when I d/l it's so I can evaluate whether or not I wanna buy an album. If I like an album, I usually buy it. If not, I didn't waste any money on a crappy album.

Plus, I like being able to control the quality of the tunes on my iPod which, for now at least, is entirely 'lossless'.
