Anybody live in San Diego? Been there?

Nevermind, nobody wants you here. Go live in Denver with DBFan. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
DBFan doesn't live in Denver //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I spent a couple of weeks there. The weather was perfect every single day, and I understand that is the way it is nearly year round.

Just out of curiosity I picked some real estate brochures and the cost of housing was very high compared to what I am used to.

I don't know how it would be to live there, but it certainly was nice to visit.

Oh, I did not find the people to be rude at all, but then again people are very rarely rude to me. (Flashing that mad cash ya know)

I have been through twice. If I could move to another city, it would be near the top of my list. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Oh, nevermind then //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

The median price for a house has dropped like crazy though. I think 2 years ago it was around $400,000 and now it's around $275,000. Still too high though. In Colorado my dad bought a 3 bedroom 2 bath house brand spanking new for only $175,000.

You love believing his lies. I don't think King Ranch even fell this hard for his shenannigans.
God ****it. ****.

Ghetto = San Ysidro, Chula Vista, National City, Skyline, North Park

Decent to nice = Otay, Eastlake, Mission Valley, Some of Hillcrest, Down Town SD, Pacific Beach

not ghetto but lame = Santee, El Cajon, Escondido...

What exactly do you want to know.

Lived here my whole life.

Weather is nice currently. Been a lil cold, but it seems to be warming up again. Everything you could possibly want to see are within 2 hours of driving distance.

I can be in downtown in 15 minutes. Beach in about 15-30(depending which one i feel like going to), mountains in 45. No idea about the desert though as I never venture out that way. No more than an hour or two drive though I'd assume.

I live in spring valley specifically.
