Anybody know if they still make gooseneck eq's

i have this eq but i have no place to mount it, anybody know if they still make those gooseneck eq's or if they have some kind of flat panel electronic eq where the display is separate from the unit, sort of like a cd changer that has a flat face that you can mount on the dash some where
