From what ppl say they don't do rated power but some have said they are louder then the amps that are doing the 3000w rated power...some as high as a .3db gain.

I would recomend going over to Termpro.com and asking some of those memebers, more than a few use them for SPL competition

i doubt anyone will tell you if they compare. powerbass people will tell you the powerbass is stronger. autotek people will tell you their stronger. i doubt anyone has tested both head to head but who knows. i doubt you will be dissapointed with the 3000d. but only one way to find out.
