anybody hear of repairing classic speakers?

i have a pair of classic pioneer speakers i hooked them up to see what they sounded like and the foam surrounding the cone crumbled //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif does anybody here know how to fix this or no where i can get them repaid? they are really nice sounding 150w pioneer 4 way 6 by 9's i think they would be worth saving
