anybody hear from SSACKETT lately?!?!

I bought a dustcap from him a while ago and after i sent the money, he told me that he got it and i havnt heard from him since, nor have i recieved the cap. I have called him, E-mailed him, and texted him but have still not heard from him. anybody else know whats up?
