I like useless data too, but that unit is just kind of plain and cheap looking.

If you have a laptop computer, you can get all the real time data you could hope for, with graphs, too. And cheaper.

Well no labtop and i would rather have something small like this than have labtop sitting next me with the screen open, I know i could intergrate a screen into the dash but I don't have the funds to go that route at the moment or really want to

I find these gauges useful on cars that have them equipped from the factory

and i don't think it looks cheap at all, and if it is a cheap unit do you know of another one i could look at/another brand

when you can use it to improve your fuel economy/ driving habits

I understand for you it might be useless, different driving conditions than me i drive 120+ miles a day so being able to watch my fuel milage is usefull among the other things it is able to moniter
