I have the same problem brotha, it's the motor....way I got it to go up and down via switch was that, I put a + and - to the motor using separate cable/wire, and hooking it straight up to the battery and somewhere along the cable/wire I put a switch //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif, now I have a 10' cable from the back door to the battery lol, it's unsafe if you ask me.....
