Anybody have any Motors/Baskets they don't want?

I've been wanting to get good at reconing/building subs for the past 2 years but never got ahold of a motor/basket that I could recone. The last thing I had was a type X but it was not near easy so Corey built it instead.

I'm just lookin for something cheap and easy 2.5"/3" coil are prefered because of coil availability.

the good RE SE when they made good stuff. i believe 3 inch coil. its a 12 and currently works, just has tinsel lead issues. PM me if your interested, been told its easy to recone.

I've got a 12" 12 spoke that got caught on fire around here some place. I'm sure you could clean it up if you wanted it.

I'm not talkin about the hx2 you posted. It's the model number of one I have if he wants it. But it has a 4" coil

ya want something with a bigger gap for ur first few tries.

Yeah, there was no way I could have built that sub up my first time. you had to machine some stuff and do a fully custom build. It turned out fantastic but I definately couldn't do that yet. haha would that RE SE be okay?

Also, which subs are known for a bigger gap?
