Just about all of those guys are trash... Internet swagga? Is that what they focus on? Let's get real... Although I did just realize it's of the 21st century so they have a much more narrow selection, since rap has been almost entirely shit for the past decade... but Childish Gambino? anybody?

Looking at the criteria Wayne does very well in those. Lyrically he's not the greatest but good. Record sales are always good not to mention numerous labels id his. He's brought a little rock into rap at times and is ALWAYS talked about online good and bad. I think he belongs about there. Esp. When most rappers of today svck!

I personally am not a Jay-Z fan so I wont comment on that. But, Game was in the top 15 but they eliminated 5 and just did the Top 10 ranks. I personally think Game could easily have been in the top 10 though. As far as Jadakiss, I do respect some of his lyrics but Top 10?? never! Eminem, I understand being on the list just not number 1. no internet swagga at all! only cultural influence would be the fact that he's a successful white rapper. Money-----> he has some sick record sales! While I dont think Wayne is the best lyricist on the list, given the judging criteria, i'd give him #1 over the people on this list. 50 cent shouldnt have even been considered IMO. and Kanye has had a HUGE cultural influence esp. fashion! not to mention crazy sales. and pretty nice lyrically IMO as well
