When the rulebook says behind the b-pillar do they mean the front plane of the b-pillar or the rear plane of the b-pillar?

If you have a sunroof and it leaks can you seal the sunroof to stop it from leaking and can you reweld OEM brackets without being put in extreme?

The car is falling apart. I don't want to get penalized or anyone to say I'm cheating but the car literally is falling apart and it's becoming dangerous. I don't know how the windshield is still together.

Any help is appreciated.
