I would think you could compete in Street C with your setup correct? Could work out better for you if you go to a big show.

What is the normal range in db's that people are hitting in that class. I mean, could I maybe come close to beating some people hitting a 146 - 148? Or Maybe finish in the top three. Everywhere I go I end up in fourth place. LOL.

I don't think there's a class in DBDrag where people don't hit 150+ Even in street A people hit over 152, kinda sucks lol.

Yea that kinda does ****. Really bad. I mean right now on the TL in doing a 146.0

Maybe if I get sound deadener and mess with the amp a lil I can pull out a 148. I hit a 146 before my subs were really broke in. So what do you think? Do you think I can pull out a 148 or possibly a 149?

2db's is a bigger jump than it seems. It would take probably getting another amp, or messing with boxes until you find the perfect one. I just go for fun now anyway. I probably won't be able to be competitive until I get my new alt and another MD2.

Finding your loudest frequency if you havn't already. After that, and maybe sound deadener, it's gonna be the box and how much power you have. I've gone through 5 boxes in my car. Different shapes, sizes, firing directions, tuning freqs. But mostly for me because I don't have a lot of space, so I was just finding what was going to work the best for a daily set up.

I think that my truck peaks at like 48hz. But I might be figuring that out wrong. I used my bass mekanik cd and track 48 is 48 hz. Thats where it peaked at.
