I need a way to pump water from a 5 gal jug UP through a sink faucet, and the budget is tight, anyone got any ideas?

must be under $50

electrical (no hand pumping)

is going in a shop, so pref no 12v batteries, if we can help it.

I have a new bilge pump i bought thats 120v and all you have to do is sit the pump in your jug and it will send water up through a hose you connect to it. Its pretty much like a pond pump that shoots the waterfall in the air.. $30 shipped

meaning where did i buy it? I believe i bought it from lowes but i cant remember for sure..wanting to say i paid $40 for it and was gonna use it in a livewell i was building for a boat but never did, its still brand new.
