only thing you need to do to a 351W to get it in a fox is an oil pan and pickup tube. I have done it a couple times and ti was no harder than dropping the stock 302 back in. Now when I did the 460 swaps, that was a little scarier. Still pretty dang simple but tighter clearances. here is all you need: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-RACING-351W-FOX-BODY-MUSTANG-OIL-PAN-KIT-6675-A58_W0QQitemZ370301886543QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20091205?IMSfp=TL0912051910005r42 other option is to get an oil pan from any old parts store from a 351W equipped crown vic but I'd just go the "kit" route so you don't have to mess with finding the right pick up and such... Might also need 351W swpap headers, personaly my stock 302 long tubes worked for me and others have had them work fine as well but some don't for some reason, kind of hit or miss on that. First and foremost you need to decide what YOU want to do and commit to it so people don't waste a bunch of time trying to help you out then have you change your mind
