I collect rifles and shotguns. Most prized are my early 1970's browning auto five light twenty and twelve gauges in mint condition. Had them each appraised at near 5k each. Also have a browning .22 cal from the 70's in mint condition as well. None of my guns sit in the cabinet, they are all used for hunting, but are very well taken care of.

Dang! I am hoping to get that much. Its really pointless but addicting. When I was 18 I was young and dumb, My grandpa gave me 27 rifles and shotguns and a guy at the local gunshow offered me $13,000 without seeing them and I sold them!!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif I was an idiot! I heard $13,000 and being 18 I couldn't pass it up. I am sure they were worth alot of money. They were all from the 50's and early 60's. I have one left from his collection, it is a winchester model 67 .22 bolt action.

how about a topic like " how to stach a firearm in your car" I always have trouble with mine because I believe Arizona law says that the gun has to be in a holster when transporting it. I have a Auto Ordence 1911 .45 cal. I have hip holster and it bugs me when I have seat belt on, and I hate to put it far, Arizona is becoming more dangerouse every day.

Take the holster off when your in the car. Or get a cheap holster and just put it in there in the car and transfer it to the one your wearing when you get out.
