virtual dj? i heard about it but if DJ'ing actually just got down to pointing and clicking using a computer no actuall equipment....i think i will hang myself

I DJ, I'm into all kinds of music, from the 50's to present, english and spanish, but mostly downtempo, house, groove, and soul. I usually spin CD's, but vinyl is my true fetish. My buddies and I put our equipment together sometimes for big club events or car shows, but my system consists of a very downsized CD system with EAW speakers, Denon CD Player, Rane MP-22 mixer, BBE, QSC amp, some intelligent lights, and some rotopod effect lights.

yeah im into pretty much alot of 80's hip hop, dance, different genres of house is what im getting into...

serato and a macbook is also in plans pretty soon....i still love my vinyl but its starting to get scarce especially with underground music

serato is nice. i'm still waiting to try the new m-audio joint...haven't seen anyone using it around here and they don't have it set up at the guitar center. i guess it should be on display in miami at wmc. we'll see.
