[QUOTE="noissesboyobyal, post: 5446828, member: 606036"] i believe my amp stopped working, but im not sure so i have some questions. the amp is a 1400w mono jbl gto hooked up to 2 12'' mmat subs the subs sounded really good when i first put them in the car, but they progressevly decressed in power. it seemed like that i had to turn the volume up louder to get them to hit as hard as they were hitting at a lower volume when i first installed them, then they just stopped working all togather. could this be the amp? the amp is mounted on the back of my box and has some room to breathe. i checked the 4 40a fuses on the amp nothing was blown, the amp turns on, the green light on the side is on and the one on the front is on. just asking for some suggestions before i go and get the amp bench tested, or take out my HU to see if the rca's got disconnected.
