amp bass boost?

ok so i know not to do bass boost on the headunit. but my new aq2200d has a bass boost knob beside the gain knob. my old one doesent. should i make this one master and use it? or just leave BB at 0

Leave it at 0 unless you like the sound of a boosted 45 hertz signal. In that case I would never use more than +3db bass boost.

In conclusion, don't use the bass knob. Adjust it on the amp itself if you must.
