Message: <blockquote data-quote="subzero" data-source="post: 8538892" data-attributes="member: 600350"><p>I concur with the others.   There is something wrong with the input signal.   Assuming that they wired it correctly inside the box which would be Dual 2 ohm = 1ohm or 4 ohm load on the amp.   That would also be an issue.  a 4 ohm load with a ****** input signal would definitely cause for ****** bass output.   If they are using a LOC (Line output converter) they do need to consider factory stereo equalization degradation in low frequency ranges.   They do that to save from blowing factory speakers.   That prefab box is ok for now.  but custom would be better.   You have more than enough power for that sub.</p></blockquote><p></p>
