that looks to be around a 2000/150 or 2000/100kbps connection... or maybe even 1.5, but you got a little more..

for gaming, thats a very slow speed esp for today's games... you want at least a 6 meg down/1 meg up line. im personally on a 16/2 line (8x the line youre on) and as far as latency issues - havent had any in years. frame rate issues yeah maybe, or if the server itself is lagging, but my connection is normally 99.998% of the time perfectly fine

What your looking for to play halo online with good connection id th UPLOAD speed. You might want to look into the Sprint AirCard, you might be in their 3M area... ... P.S> If you have a phone jack at your house you can get what is called STAND ALONE DSL it is almost anywhere.. Verizon and Earthlink have it. !!
