Go ported really the inbetween in the 3 the bandpass has no sq whatsoever sealed has spl but if you want most to max go with ported i love sealed boxes my favs then ported then bandspass which i hate go with ported.

What ohm is the sub (DVC4 or DVC2)? Are you possibly wired too low for the new amp?
