Alpine MRD-M1000 Problems Please Help

The power comparison between the amp and speaker is a little off but not some much that is shouldn't work at all together. Ok I am using a db drive 12 the handles 750w RMS. This amp is rated at 1000w RMS. I figure that I could just adjust the level on the amp down to where it will work but I get extreme popping no matter what. As soon as I adjust the 1-2 Level up, with the HU turned up to maximum desired volume, where is begins to start getting loud the sub all the sudden starts violently moving in and out causing popping.</p><p></p><p>I need someone that has experience with this digital series of amps from Alpine PLEASE! I know that if I use trial and error long enough that I will figure it out but I really don't think that the sub is gonna make it that long. Below is a list of the setting description and the current configuration. Keep in mind that I have adjusted the input level in slow increments but is seems to jump to popping.
